Instructions for Registration & Admission

Parents/Guardian are expected to read the following information before filling the form:

  • 1. Total Seats
    • Total seats are 80.
    • Open seats are 70 (normally 40 seats for male and 40 seats for female).
  • 2. Age
    • The child should be less than 4 years as on 31st March 2026 (year in which admission is sought).
  • 3. Reservation for EWS
    • No reservation for EWS category as per the decision of the Honorable High Court of Delhi on Minority Institution.
  • 4. Admission Preference & Point System
    • Only Practicing Roman Catholic candidates registered under Prasad Nagar Zone will have preference in admission.
    • Next preference will be given to other Practicing Christian denomination candidates within 0 to 5 km distance from the school.
    • For all Christian denominations including Catholics, both parents should be practicing Christians to avail the points under the Christian category.
    • The remaining seats, if any, will be for the general category based on the criteria given below:
      • a) Christian Minority: 40 points
      • b) Neighborhood policy: 30 points
        (All distances by road from the school)
        • Up to 5 km – 30 points
        • Above 5 km till 8 km – 25 points
        • Beyond 8 km – 20 points
      • c) Alumni: 20 points
      • d) Sibling: 10 points
  • 5. Test / Interview
    • There will be no test or interview of the candidates.
  • 6. Short-listing
    • Short-listing will be done according to the above-mentioned point system.
  • 7. Commencement of Admission Process
    • Commencement of admission process and availability of Registration Forms on 4th December 2025.
  • 8. Display of Selected Candidates
    • List of the selected candidates will be displayed on the school website on 23rd January 2026 at 8:00 p.m.
    • To save paper and protect the environment, the result will not be displayed on the school notice board.
  • 9. Interaction & Verification
    • Both the parents of the short-listed candidates will be called for a limited interaction to verify the documents.
    • Catholic and Christian parents are expected to know basic Catechism to prove that they are practicing Christians.
  • 10. Transport Facility
    • The school will not provide any transport facility to the students. It is the responsibility of the parents to arrange a safe transport facility for their ward.
  • 11. Annual Fee Increase
    • Every year, to meet the standard establishment cost, the school fees may go up by 10% to 15%.
  • 12. Incomplete / False Information
    • Incomplete and erroneous/false information shall lead to automatic cancellation without intimation to the parents.
    • The school may take legal action and will not compromise with such applicants.
  • 13. Submission of Application Form & Registration Fee
    • Hard copy of the online filled-in Application Form along with self-attested photocopies of the relevant documents is to be submitted at the school office on working days from 5th December 2025 to 27th December 2025 (from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.).
    • A non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 25/- is to be paid by cash at the time of submission.

Note: All the documents and information provided must be authentic and correct. Incomplete or false information will lead to cancellation of the application.

Documents to be Attached with Registration Form

The following documents (Self-attested Photocopies Only) are to be attached along with the registration form:

  • Photographs
    • Photograph of the child along with both the parents affixed at the appropriate place in the registration form and on the acknowledgment form (joint photo).
    • Two single passport-size photographs of the child.
  • Date of Birth Certificate
    • Date of Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation or Local Self-Government.
    • For Christian candidates: a copy of the Baptism Certificate and a letter from the Parish Priest is a must.
  • Proof of Residence
    • Voter ID / Aadhaar Card / Driving License (any valid proof of residence).
  • Proof of Sibling
    • Front side of the student ID card of the sibling studying in the school.
  • Proof for Alumni
    • Certificate issued by the school as proof of being an alumnus/alumna.
  • Aadhaar Card of the Child
    • Aadhaar Card copy of the childcompulsory.
