Registration for class KG, 1st & 6th
You are kindly requested to fill and submit this form only if you are agreed with the Terms & Conditions of our school and freely decide to abide by them.
Parents / Guardians are expected to read the following information before filling the form:
- 1. The Selection for admission is made by committee appointed by the Management. The Management reserves the right to refuse any application without having to assign reasons for its actions. The decision, once taken will be FINAL.
- 2. Any Pressure exerted directly or indirectly will DISQUALIFY THE CANDIDATE.
- 3. Once the Results are posted, no furthur request will be entertained either in person or by phone/ Email/ Mail.
- 4. Incomplete and erroneous/false information shall lead to automatic cancellation without intimation to Parent.
- 5. Both the parents of the short listed candidates will be called for limited interaction to verify the documents.
- 6. School will not provide any transport facility to the students, it is the parent's responsibilty to arrange safe transport facility to their ward.
- 7. School doesn't entertain any mediators/agents making false promises for admission. The School management will not be held responsible for any such dealings. If anything of such sought happens, kindly report the matter to the School.
- 8. Hardcopy of the online filled-in Registration form along with registration fee of Rs. 25/- in cash to be submitted at the school on 11th March 2022 between 8 am to 2 pm.
- 9. Kindly check the seat availability and date of eligibility before submitting the hardcopy of online form.It will be notified on 10th March 2022 at 5 PM on school website.
- 10. No Reservation for EWS/DG Category.
